AUDIO BOOK

Podcasts and audiobooks are a modern phenomenon and the fastest-growing communication tool to date. Recent analysis suggests that 75% of people would choose to listen to an audiobook rather than read text. With an estimated 285 million visually impaired people, and 700 million dyslexic people, we should also not underestimate the value that an audio service offers to communities that are often overlooked in academic publishing.

In collaboration with our audio partner SciPod, we will produce a plain language summary of a research paper of your choice and turn it into an audiobook. We will then disseminate your audiobook through all major audio platforms, including iTunes, Spotify, Google Podcasts and SoundCloud, to name a few.

WHAT WE DO

THE PROCESS

We have taken away the pain of working with a PR agency, whose poor understanding of your research means that you end up doing most of the work. Our unique 4-step editorial production process alleviates stress and time commitments, as our dedicated and experienced production team will write, edit, record and disseminate the audiobook from start to finish. From our Editor-in-Chief to our science writers and voice artists, our highly skilled team comprises a diverse mixture of academic and media professionals, who are dedicated to making science understandable and enjoyable. Rest assured that you have 100% approval over all work produced; we are very much working for you.
